In accordance with regulation 10(2) (b) of the Lotteries Regulations 2006 the following have been declared to be the numbers of the winning tickets at draw 4 of 2011 held at Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation (GBC), Broadcasting House, on 22nd day of February 2011 viz:-.
