In accordance with regulation 10(2) (b) of the Lotteries Regulations 2006 the following have been declared to be the numbers of the winning tickets at draw 23 of 2009 held at Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation (GBC), Broadcasting House, on 17th day of*November 2009 viz:-.
