Gib under-19 team to face Republic of Ireland

Gibraltar U19 Manager Terrence Jolley and his technical team have made the final selection that will face U19 Republic of Ireland on March 22nd. This will be a very competitive match for our lads, and the right type of opponent for the development of our team, with a view of the U19 UEFA Euro qualifiers in October 2013.

Republic of Ireland will be using this year U19 which have qualified for Euro Elite round this spring . Their players are aged 18 & 17 years old, quite a lot of them are already in top UK professional clubs .

Gibraltar will use U19 squad that will compete in Euro 2013/2014 qualifiers. These are players 17 & 16 year olds, with 3 players that are below 21 years as agreed with Ireland.
