Spanish fishermen don't know if they are coming or going

With an agreement having been reached between Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and the Spanish spokesman for the technical talks Pedro Maza, to meet on Friday to review progress, the new from the Campo is that the fishermen don't know if they are coming or going!
A report said that the majority had decided o break the technical talks and not to attend the meeting. But other reports said that they would be coming to the talks!
How on earth can anyone attempt to reach agreement when there is disagreement amongst themselves? That is the question being asked in Gibraltar.
Further, the news from No.6 was that the meeting was to review progress, but the fishermen were saying that it would be a final meeting. So, even on the purpose of the planned meeting there are different views.
A Spanish report quotes Sr Maza saying that the fishing sector met in Algecirasand took the vote of not coming to the meeting.
But later on Spanish radio the same sr Maza said he would be attending. So, what is going on?
And another report said that a decision had not yet been taken!
