Incursions of Gibraltar waters go undetected at Windmill Hill Signal Station

Panorama can Exclusively Reveal… that the monitoring of vessel movements in British Gibraltar Territorial Waters (BGTW) has become a concern, not only with the public but importantly with other local enforcement agencies.
This is all the more alarming considering the present situation with the ongoing fishing/sovereignty dispute, particularly, the continuous incursions by the Guardia Civil (GC).
Panorama has also been able to ascertain…. that here is growing unease as a result of the number of incidents in BGTW (the latest last Friday) that have initially gone undetected by the Royal Navy’s Windmill Hill Signal Station.
Panorama can also disclose…that key aspects of the current operational policing schedule/plan does not provide for a 24-hour marine police presence particularly during the night!
