New Captain of the Port

There is to be a new Captain of the Port. Applicants for the job must have a thoroughknowledge of port administration and control.
Pilotage or ship handling experience is an advantage, says an official notice.
It is further stated that applicants should possess a Master's Foreign Going Certificate (Class One Master Mariner).
