More parking spaces for summer

During the summer months, the Government will remove the parking restrictions from Department of Education car parks located at Europort Avenue, near Bishop Fitzgerald School, and at Bayside Road, near Bayside School.
The removal of the ‘Permit Holders Only’ parking restrictions will allow these two car parks to be used by the general public at all times from 8am on Wednesday 11 July until the start of the autumn school term at 8am on Monday 3 September. After this date the ‘Permit Holders Only’ restrictions in these car parks will be reintroduced.
These measures are in line with the Government’s manifesto commitments.
