Who cares about Gibraltar's territorial waters?

The European commissioner has urged Britain and Spain to find a joint way of managing the environmental sites in Gibraltar waters, as if the waters also belonged to Spain. And what has the Foreign Office said about it? Nothing new - they reject what has been said in Brussels. That's all!

In fact, they have been rejecting the super-incursion by Spain into British territorial waters for longer than anyone can remember, but nothing effective is done by the Foreign Office.

The problem, the invasion, lingers on, as if they are hoping it will go away.

Gibraltar does not want any more explanations about it. It wants results. And it is about time that the Foreign Office did something positive about it.And that it informed all the media, and not one and not others, of what is going on.

By doing nothing, slowly but surely, the waters that have always been Gibraltar's are now being shared with Spain.

A case of joint sovereignty by another name?

Meanwhile, LibDem MP Graham Watson is also on a discriminatory mode. Is he afraid of facing real questions? He just keeps asking his questions but getting nowhere fast. When is he going to find a solution about this serious matter? Would he take a similar stance if the waters of Devon had been taken over by a foreign power?

And we don't want any more lectures either from the Gibraltar Government. We all know that the waters around Gibraltar are British Gibraltar Territorial Waters.

But the problem created at the time of the previous Government remains unresolved.

Who really cares about Gibraltar's territorial waters? What a carry on!
