More opt for British citizenship

A Citizenship Ceremony, organised by the Civil Status and Registration Office, took place at the John Mackintosh Hall yesterday. The Deputy Governor, Mrs Lesley Pallett, will receive the oath of allegiance from around 30 new British citizens, and present them with certificates confirming their new status as citizens of the United Kingdom.
