Youth Arise International Conference on the Rock

Beginning this Thursday the over 800 pilgrims from all over the world will descend on Gibraltar for the Youth Arise International Conference.
The YAI conference is a pre-World Youth Day event called Days in the Diocese, where pilgrims prepare for the pilgrimage to Madrid, by spending time in prayer, hearing from distinguished international speakers and forging new found friendships and experiencing what it is to be part of a young, vibrant and passionate universal Church.
In a statement issued last night, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Gibraltar along with the Executive of Youth Arise International say that they welcomes these pilgrims to the Rock with great anticipation and excitement and prays that it will also be a time of grace and blessing for the wider community of Gibraltar.
