4 deaths in ONE week

There have been four deaths in Gibraltar in about one week. As someone said: "What's happening in my Gibraltar?"
The latest death had the police searching in Cumberland Road in the small hours of yesterday morning when a 53-year old woman was found dead.
Neighbours said that her husband was heard shouting: She is dead! She is dead!
She is a UK National who lives in that area with her husband. The next of kin had not yet been contacted.
Police would not confirm that she had been stabbed, which is what people were claiming.
"We are dealing with a suspicious death," said police, adding late yesterday that no one had been arrested.
This is the fourth death in recent days.
There is the case of a UK visitor who was in a security area at the MoD base and jumped into the harbour, where he drowned.
A man was found hanging in the upper town and the body of another man, in an advanced state of decomposition, was found in Varyl Begg.
Another out-of-the-ordinary incident was the attempted armed robbery in broad daylight in the Main Street which led to a visitor being arrested and charged.
