Fish and Politics

Joe Caruana says in his book: I didn't fancy writing a history book, in fact I would hate this book to sound or read like one, my intention is not to write or rewrite history, but it so happens that I have uncovered new and interesting material that warrants revealing.
Call it what you like, but his 384-page book makes interesting reading. He calls it 'Spirit of the Phoenician - The story of a Gibraltar Family' but there is much more than that.
From the Phoenician Dream to his early years, and on to the Mafia in London, his days in Canada, Camp Emmanuel, and sandwiched in between 70 pages which begin with 'Fish and Politics' - his years in politics and the Integration With Britain Party.
