Passing out parade for RGP recruits

The latest entrants to the Royal Gibraltar Police will be on parade to mark the occasion of their completion of a 16-week rigorous basic training.
A passing out parade will take place at John Macintosh Square on Friday. The twelve new police officers of this 1st intake of 2009 will also receive certificates of achievement. There will also be awards for the ?Best Academic? and ?Best All Round? recruits.
The band and corps of drums of the Royal Gibraltar Regiment will also be on parade by kind permission of the commanding officer Lt. Col Perez.
The general public are cordially invited to witness the recruits' passing out parade.
