I believe that our artists? imagination and flair are constantly progressing in leaps and bounds, so I am certain that there will be many art works on display which will be of particular liking to everyone?s personal taste.
"I am pleased to see that the relationship between the Fine Arts Association and the Ministry of Culture
continues to flourish. Therefore, I cannot miss this opportunity to express my personal thanks to the
Fine Arts Association?s President and his Committee for their dedication in assisting the hardworking and
dedicated Staff within my Ministry, thus making this exhibition both a reality and a success.
The Ministry?s gratitude goes once again to The Alwani Foundation for their fervent support of the
Exhibition by continuing to sponsor the Best Gibraltar Theme.
"This year?s Adjudicator is Mr Paco Conti who has a vast experience in the art world. He has exhibited
his own works not only in Spain but also in places as far apart as Gibraltar and Los Angeles, USA. I
thank him for having accepted this always-challenging proposal.
"I trust that everybody, whether they be participating artists or art lovers, will enjoy this year?s exhibition.
"Above all I hope everyone will agree that the Spring Art Exhibition continues to be a highly reputable
