Woman gives birth in a taxi

A woman gave birth in a taxi last Saturday. It is believed this is the first time this has happened in Gibraltar.
Eyewitnesses told GBC that the taxi arrived at the hospital's main entrance on Saturday evening and the woman was already in labour.
Maternity staff were alerted and they made their way to the taxi.
The woman, who does not wish to be named, is still in hospital.
