Moratinos and Miliband don't talk about Gib

The Spanish foreign minister Miguel Angel Moratinos and the British foreign secretary David Miliband met in Brussels yesterday - but did not talk about Gibraltar.
Moratinos had been asked if Gibraltar had cropped up and he said that they had not had time to talk about Gibraltar, but they did talk about Afghanistan and Iraq.
