FCO minister to give evidence today

Another oral evidence session takes place this afternoon before the Foreign Affairs Committee. It will be its final evidence session of the inquiry into the Overseas Territories.

The Committee is considering the exercise by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) of its responsibilities in relation to the Overseas Territories and the FCO?s achievements against its Strategic Priority No. 10, the security and good governance of the Overseas Territories.

In this evidence session the Committee will hear from Jim Murphy MP with regard to his responsibilities for Gibraltar, followed by Meg Munn MP with regard to her responsibilities for the Overseas Territories.
