Postal Votes Hit by Strike

Following postal strike in the United Kingdom the Returning Officer met with Election Agents to discuss ways of dealing with this potential disruption to the postal voting procedure.
The Gibraltar Office in London will be accepting postal vote envelopes brought in personally or posted to them. If sent by post to the London Office the covering envelope should be addressed to Government of Gibraltar, 178/179 Strand, London WC2R 1EL and clearly marked with the letters TV". This covering envelope must only contain the sealed envelope "B" addressed to the Returning Officer. Nothing should be put in the covering envelope that can identify the voter.
The latest acceptance time will be 3 o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday 10th October.
