Candidates on the move

Liberal party candidates standing for election are confirmed as leader Dr Joseph Garcia, Steven Linares and Keith Costa. They will form part of the GSLP/Liberal alliance.
Costa is a lawyer who joined the Liberals as far back as 1999, working behind the scenes attending conferences at liberal international youth groups in Europe, where he delivered presentations on Gibraltar. He has also attended conferences of Liberal International at a senior level. He now moves on and seeks election to Gibraltar?s parliament.
SIGNING ON
Meanwhile, the first to sign their nomination papers will be the PDP who do so this morning. They say they will then announce their line-up.
They will be followed by independent candidates Charles Gomez and Richard Martinez.
The GSD and the GSLP/Liberal alliance will do so on Thursday.
