Bail for Ships Captain

Captain D Konstantinos, Master of the 'sinking' vessel "New Flame" appeared in the Magistrates Court yesterday amidst much interest from the press and members of the public.
Having been remanded in custody until yesterday, he had been charged on suspicion of conduct likely to endanger shipping under the Merchant Shipping Act of Gibraltar.
Following a brief initial hearing, he is now out on bail and due to appear in court again on the 28th August he is to surrender all of his travel documents.
