Wayne Sleep wakes up minister

With everyone praising the talent of our dancers, and the minister Fabian Vinet praising dancer/choreographer Wayne Sleep, it was Mr Sleep who woke everyone by making certain comments about the lack of theatre facilities in Gibraltar.
This happened at a reception. If the minister and some others were surprised about it, there was in fact no need for surprises, as everyone knows that the Theatre Royal is a hole.
Many were happy he brought up the issue of theatre facilities, because it is a glaring gap in our entertainment world.
The dance workshops were held at the Tercentenary Sports Hall and gave many youngsters the chance to meet and dance with the world famous choreographer and dancer. The Saturday session was focused on ballet while the Sunday included jazz classes.
He is currently on tour with ?High Society?. He finished his Friday night engagements in the UK and flew to Gibraltar on the Saturday morning flight going directly from the aircraft to the Sports Hall.
