Easter merry-go-round on our roads
|
Our roads have never been so bad, with roads being dug here, there and everywhere.
The authorities should organise a Tour of Gibraltar's Roads, so that we all see the extent of inconvenience driving all motorists have to put up with.
Only yesterday, they started tending to that corner of Rosia Road by the electricity depot which has been opened and re-opened more than once. Going round the bend.
Are some of our roads on the verge of collapse?
You see the signs: Road Ahead Closed.
And you wonder what work of art is on the way at the southern end of Main Street which is going to take 18 months.
Over at North Pavilion Road, they place some barriers for some work to take place and, weeks later and with no one in sight, you wonder why no one is there, except the barriers and other obstacles to safe motoring.
What is going on?
