Vigil for Constitution talks

The VOGG sys it welcomes the overdue renewal of talks on Constitutional Reform. Like The Chief Minister, it hopes that all details will be settled by the end of the year and implemented soon after that.
Furthermore, it endorses the Opposition's references to the importance of the document in respect of decolonisation and self-determination. However, the NGD's comments on the limitation to 'City of Gibraltar', in the text, rather than The Territory of Gibraltar, are more than valid in view of the Spanish separate claim on the isthmus.
The VOGG, as is now customary, will be holding a vigil outside the venue, The Caleta Hotel, on Thursday 15th., from 8.30 a.m., said Paul TUNBRIDGE/Jim WATT (spokesmen) for THE VOICE OF GIBRALTAR GROUP.
