Real time scenarios for exercise Rocky Sparrow

Elements of HQBF Gibraltar and other agencies will, as in previous years, be taking part in a routine exercise to test preparedness in the event of an incident at the nuclear berth.
This will include 'real time' scenarios that will be taking place on the South Mole including the sounding of the Evacuation Alarm. This may involve activity that the general public may perceive to be unusual. The public should not be concerned by this activity as it is exercise play. It is routine that military conduct exercises such as this in order to ensure operational effectiveness.
The public should be aware that although the exercise is taking place they are requested to report anything they deem to be of a suspicious nature in the normal manner.
