Verizon?s sale of Gibtelecom shares

Verizon are now in discussions with a preferred purchaser. As these negotiations are still underway it would not be appropriate for the Government to identify this party publicly at this stage, nor for that matter any of the other bidders to whom Verizon have not yet closed the door.
