• 70-page document regulates from fishing to tuna preservation in British Gibraltar waters
A massive 70-document was published by the Government yesterday, regulating fishing, diving and other marine activities in Briish Gibraltar waters including tuna preservation. There are effectively two sets of regulations, the marine protection and the tuna preservation.

Yesterday Panorama reported on some very serious comments made by former Gibraltar Supreme Court Judge Barrington Black who in his farewell speech and after presiding over his last Gibraltar criminal trial spoke of the RGP, targeting a very important issue in any criminal proceedings ‘Evidence’ - Barrington Black saying the ‘RGP allowed evidence to go astray and also tamper and interfere with evidence’.

Her Majesty The Queen has approved that Sunday 9th November will be observed as Remembrance Sunday. This year, as last year, the Ceremony of Remembrance will be held at the British War Memorial on Line Wall Road, opposite City Hall, at noon.
